• $7.95 flat rate for orders below $59.99
• Delivery time: 6–12 business days -
Insured Shipping
• $12.00 flat rate (all orders)
• Includes full coverage for loss or damage in transit
• Delivery time: 6–12 business days

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business
day.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If any items in
your order are out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email immediately

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–3 business days to
update in the carrier's system. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@givoora.com and we will work with
the carrier to locate your package. If your package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
For insured orders, claims for lost or damaged packages are fully covered — contact us and we'll resolve it immediately

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the
responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
